Established in Edmonton in 1993, Bear Surfaces is Western Canada’s eminent manufacturer of custom designed countertop surfaces - a proven leader in quartz, granite and solid surfacing fabrication. Backed by Formations Inc., one of Western Canada’s largest distributors of industrial building supplies, Bear Surfaces’ mission is to offer the Canadian market a superior fabrication alternative in product selection and detailing techniques.

In addition, it is our vision to supply custom-made, exclusively-fabricated custom surface products to the diverse residential, commercial and institutional industries in Western Canada. Whether your project is big or small, we deliver only the best products from around the world. We carry amazingly beautiful slabs from Italy, Israel, Korea, Spain, Canada and the United States in our 13,000 sqft. warehouse, ensuring that only the world’s best products are used, fabricated and installed.

With the use of our Speed 3 CNC Machine our fabrication abilities are second to none. The CNC provides Bear Surfaces with the technology to fabricate premium surfaces for both the small, specialized residential market, as well as mass produce for commercial installations.
